Brian founded E-Wealth Partners out of two deep passions: a relentless curiosity about how to improve people’s financial lives — and a love for the wild and rewarding ride of building a business.
Today, Brian leads a growing E-Wealth team that serves business owners and their families — helping them align business decisions with personal and family priorities. With advanced expertise in financial planning, private wealth management, business valuation, and exit planning, Brian helps business owners simplify complexity and build a roadmap that protects their family’s future.
Brian spent over 15 years preparing taxes at his dad’s tax firm — starting with stuffing envelopes and eventually working on complex returns for business owners and families. That real-world work gave him a deep understanding of how finances work in practice, not just in theory.
A lifelong learner, Brian is a student of business and leadership. His favorite reads — The E-Myth Revisited, Good to Great, and Traction — have shaped how he built E-Wealth from a job into an enterprise with real value. He’s an active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Coalition9, and the Financial Planning Association.

“I’m really excited for these next ten years. I envision so much growth — personally and professionally. Our kids will be teenagers, finding their paths in academics, sports, and life. Cassy and I will have more time for date nights. Eventually, I’d love to get back into coaching high school football when the time is right.

Personal
Brian and his wife Cassy are raising six energetic kids. You’ll often find him coaching their sports or baiting 1,000 hooks at the family cabin to catch miniature sunfish.
His first memory of money goes back to sixth grade summer, when he detasseled corn for minimum wage. Not knowing what to do with his summer paycheck, his mom introduced him to the magic of compound interest through a CD — and he was hooked.
He’s a proud graduate of Saint John’s University, where he played football under the legendary John Gagliardi and played on the 2003 DIII National Championship team. Brian continues to serve the SJU community through the Johnnie Football Network and previously on the Alumni Board.
Faith and family are his foundation. The Adameks are active parishioners at Holy Family Catholic Church in St. Louis Park.
